Assurance Reports

All companies are required to produce financial statements that show a true and fair view of the business and comply with the requirements of the Companies Act. Henton & Co can assist with this and can provide an independent report to confirm that the accounts are in accordance with a company's books and records.

Additionally, we can undertake other work regarding the financial statements. Though our membership of the ICAEW, we can provide reports on different aspects of your business. We can assist with completion of the new “Assurance service on Unaudited financial statements” issued by the ICAEW in 2006. This allows the readers of an unaudited statement to obtain limited assurance regarding the detail of the Accounts. These reports are very useful for external investors and other stakeholders.
