Out team will undertake Due Diligence for both purchasers of a business and for Financial Institutions such as the banks and VC houses. We have many years experience of providing these services to the majority of the high street banks and a number of VC houses in the North of England.

We regularly carry our Due Diligence assignments at very short notice for management teams , banks , venture capital providers and purchasers of businesses. We are used to reporting to very tight deadlines at short notice.
