The Corporate Finance team at Hentons has many years experience both with advisory work for clients and "hands on" experience running businesses (both private and plc) at director level. Our market is predominately the SME sector but we are also able to assist early stage businesses and start ups where appropriate. We have experience of quoted company transactions and AIM / Plus and takeovers.

We provide corporate finance advice to businesses throughout the UK. We take time to understand our clients, their markets and their aspirations, and we take pride in forming long lasting and trusting relationships. We work alongside management teams, boards of directors, shareholders and equity investors. We are committed to providing proactive advice and "hands on" support which is tailored to each situation. We work "outside the box" to ensure that transactions happen.
