Jessica Haunch

Jess’ story with us began at the age of 17 when she joined Hentons as a Junior Payroll Clerk. She has developed an affinity and dedication to payroll and has established strong connections at Hentons, within the industry and, most importantly, with her clients.

Within a two-year period, Jess’ dedication and development were rewarded, with her being promoted to the role of Payroll Manager, where she took on the responsibility of overseeing the Payroll Department’s operations and serving a diverse portfolio of 360 businesses.

In 2020, her progression continued as she was again promoted, this time to the position of Payroll Director, taking on leadership for the entire Payroll department at Hentons.

Jess began her journey with Hentons in 2012 when the payroll team comprised just two individuals, and today, she now manages a National department, spread across multiple offices.

As a new mother, Jess spends most of her time on baby-related activities, outdoor strolls, and quality moments with her family.

She enjoys new culinary experiences at various restaurants, but she also likes being active. When not at home or trying new foods, Jess can be found playing netball or swimming.
