Our general process is:
First interviews consist of competency-based questions with a senior member of our team focusing on your experience, attributes and professional goals.
Second interviews give you the opportunity to get to know us better and demonstrate your experience and ability. In some circumstances further meetings will be held in consultation with candidates.
